The rooms are well appointed.

The bar and buffet restaurant were often closed or only opened at odd hours.

Our room was very large with a wonderful view.

There is a very nice buffet at the hotel. We were told three times that they were completely booked for the evening, and yet every time we looked, there were many tables available. We felt like it was because we are American or not dressed fancy enough.

Excellent 5 star hotel; staff speak and understand English well enough to assist guests with their needs. Rooms are huge for Japan standards and very comfortable, about 6-10 min. walk to train and subway station, restaurants and shopping nearby.

Rooms look at bit dated; wish there were more reasonably priced food options in the hotel.

The value was incredible. 5 star accommodations with an amazing view at the price of a standard hotel.

The breakfast offerings were very expensive. Would have been nice to have a lower cost option.

Centrally located for daily travel and nightlife.

The location was perfect. Walkable to subway stations, great food, shopping, etc. And yet, it wasn’t crazy busy.

A big bummer was that they advertise having a fitness center, but it doesn’t open until 10am on weekends and it cost about $35 for each use.

Location was great. We had stayed at an airbnb the city before so getting back to a traditional hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The decor was right up my wife's alley. She was amazed at the beauty of the lobby, atrium and the library-she almost didn't want to leave the hotel! Our view was lovely-we overlooked the river and the trains.

My wife and I personally like a softer bed...that's obviously more of a personal preference thing. Many of the beds we found in all the hotels and other accommodations were quite firm. But other than that small issue, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.

Locations was great and the room was big and very comfortable with a great view of the city

Staff were excellent. Huge room and bathroom. Terrific shower products. Wonderful view.

Amazing hotel. Perfect location. Incredibly polite and helpful staff. Very classy to leave newspaper for patrons on a daily basis.

No heated seat in the toilet and the entertainment system.

City view, room size, and cleanness, friendly staff

Poor breakfast selection, no buffet, a gym with few equipment and facilities. Late opening time in the gym. Restricted rules and regulations in the pool that do not make sense for an international hotel. Also, we had to pay for the gym /pool to use the facility. Access is free only for the first night

We chose this hotel for its location since our stay in Osaka included a few day trips outside the city by train. Once you get over the immediate shock of just how busy Osaka train station is you'll find sanctuary in this very spacious hotel. We used some of the onsite restaurants which were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, customer service was top notch! Great view from the 33rd floor, club level was worth every dime.

The hotel room was nice and big. Breakfast was excellent.

The location was not too close Dotombori but it was quiet.

The hotel is beautiful! Clean, comfortable bed, Great location. Many restaurants choices other than the hotel.I loved their breakfast. You have 3 choices of western breakfast or an Asian restaurant.We did not tried the Asian breakfast but our breakfast was delicious. Impecable service at restaurant and reception.

My only comment world be that the hall carpets could be cleaner and that the rooms are a little dated.
